Correcting Common Yoga Alignment
Mistakes
July 17-20, 2009
For yoga teachers who have completed a 200 hour yoga teaching
program and intermediate yoga students wishing to refine
their practice.
Over the course of my 25 years as a yoga teacher, I’ve
observed that there are identifiable steps to the
learning process when someone begins to study yoga,
with recognizable hurdles that can be anticipated
along the way.
Let
me share some effective tools that will help you swiftly
note when a student is misaligned in a pose, and what
to do to help them find the optimal pose for his or
her particular body.
I've designed this course so that we will have an opportunity
share in a friendly learning environment. Sessions will
include technique classes, direct-contact instruction,
mentor consultation, and partner teaching. I invite you
to come with your questions and be ready to work one-on-one
and with a group! “May your inner light shine brightly and radiantly!”
