Core Curriculum consists of key yoga teaching concepts selected from the best of what I've learned from teaching Yoga since 1982. This special intensive will prepare you to effectively and confidently teach a beginning level Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Class.
Topics Explored:
How to set a welcoming atmosphere for your students; how to create a teacher's presence; making an effective Yoga lesson plan; reading the ability level of your class.
You Will Learn How To:
Recognize the architecture of a pose. Confidently give hands-on corrections and teach mixed-level Hatha Yoga and Flow classes. Incorporate alignment principles into your own practice.
Each participant will receive a Yoga For EveryBody™ signed certificate that can be used as
Continuing Education Credits or for application to a Yoga Alliance credential.
Program is in compliance with the 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Standards.
